April: Project Potato
Continuing our Test Kitchen Series at 600 Kitchen & Bar with Project Potato for the month of April! This is a rotating culinary program where our chefs explore flavors, techniques, and unexpected pairings.
Each “Project” centers around a single canvas (such as Grits, Potatoes, Rice Noodles), and each “Study” within that Project highlights a different flavor profile.
Guests are invited to taste different Studies and help decide which dish earns an extended stay on the menu. Your vote helps shape what comes next and the winning Study will earn a featured spot on our menu. Project results will be revealed bi-monthly!
