We’re launching our Test Kitchen Series during Kalamazoo Restaurant Week — a rotating culinary program where our chefs explore flavors, techniques, and unexpected pairings.
Each “Project” centers around a single canvas (such as Grits, Potatoes, Rice Noodles), and each “Study” within that Project highlights a different flavor profile.
We’re kicking things off with Project Grits, featuring four crave-worthy Studies (with a nod to our favorite taqueria flavors)!
